NTK Europe is proud to announce that has completed the legal certification for two new internally developed laser welding machineries.

One of the key features of the new machines is the ability to perform two welds in a single setup. This can save time and labor costs, and it also reduces the risk of errors.

The machines use a wobble welding technology that helps to reduce the number of porosity defects – a critical part in all welding processes.

This improves the overall quality of the weld and extend its lifespan.

In addition, the machines include a 100% leak test that ensures the integrity of the finished product. This is an important feature for applications where leaks could pose a safety hazard.

The machines also offer laser marking capabilities, which can be used to add custom identification for our clients.

NTK is currently conducting validation tests on the new machines. The company expects the machines to be available for commercial use in the coming months.
