On March 12th, 2026, we had the pleasure of hosting students from ITS Academy Machina Lonati, a high-level Industrial Mechatronics program developed in collaboration with Buffoli Industries.
During the visit, we introduced the NTK Group and provided a practical overview of how we manage a production order, from entry into our ERP system through to internal execution.
We then explored our main departments and technologies, presenting a real case: from turning operations and CNC programming to the different production stages that lead to a finished part ready for delivery.
We also shared insights into potential career paths within NTK, including quality control, metrology, PPAP and CNC programming.
Experiences like this are key to connecting education with real industrial environments and giving students a clear understanding of how manufacturing works in practice.
